Eligibility For Return and Refund

At Bhawan’s Profumi, returns, refunds, or replacements are strictly applicable only in case the product is damaged.

• We do not accept requests for returns, refunds, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, personal preferences, or dislike of fragrance.
• In case the product is damaged, then a request shall be raised within 15 days of delivery.

In order to initiate a return or refund request, you must contact us within the eligible time period using the contact details provided on our website.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

In order to be eligible for a return or return due to the product being damaged, you must first provide a clear and continuous unboxing video. The video must show the following elements.

• The sealed package before opening.
• The opening process.
• Showing the damaged product clearly.

As per our policies, we will not under any circumstances acknowledge a return or refund request if the criteria mentioned above have not been met.

Return Process of Damaged Products

• The product must not be used or damaged further than shown in the video. Also, the product should be securely packed and must have the original box and invoice.
• Proper packaging is a must to prevent further damage during the transit process.
• If a damaged product is confirmed, then we will initiate a return on working days without any extra cost.

Return Timeline

• The return of the product will be approved and processed within 15 days after we have received and inspected the damaged product.
• The replaced product will be sent to the same address. However, you may change the address by contacting us before the product has been shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy

• If a product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• A return will only be applicable if the product is damaged.
